in schools. I think more and more students spend too much time playing games and chatting on line. Emails and QQ on
the Internet allow them to communicate freely with friends at home and abroad.
As is well known, chatting and playing can be harmful

to us if we spend too much time on it . Firstly, it is a waste
of time and we will have little time for our study. Secondly, those who play games or chat day and night will lack rest
and sleep. And the last, it will cost us much money .
In my opinion, we should use the Internet carefully.
On the one hand, we can get some pleasure and knowledge
from the Internet. On the other hand, we should not spend
too much time, energy and money on the Internet because study is our duty now. so, we should make good use of the Internet. Remember,don’t lose yourself in the virtual world!
