1．curiosity
1) UN He is full of curiosity.他充满了好奇心。
2)珍品；古董 a curiosity shop 古董
adj. 好奇的；有求知欲的
It is good to be curious about the world around you.
对你周围的世界感到新奇是件好事。
curious neighbours 爱管闲事的邻居
I'm curious to know what he said.
我很想知道他说了些什么。

3．pin n. 针, 别针, 大头针,
a drawing pin图画钉 a hair pin发夹 a tie pin领带夹
vt.(pinned; pinning)
1） (用针)钉住, 别住; (用针)刺穿
pin papers together 把文件用针钉在一起
pin a notice on the wall 把布告钉在墙上
2）按住, 使不能动;
The car was pinned under the fallen tree.
4.1)clothing UN.衣服（总称）
Remember to bring a change of clothing.记着带一身换洗衣服。
2)clothes (pl) I need some new clothes.
Work/school clothes 工作/校服
clothes hanger 衣架 clothes line晾衣绳
3.cloth 布, 织物, 衣料
1)UN cotton cloth 棉布
She bought some cloth to make some new dresses.
她买了一些布来做些新衣服。
2)CN : a piece of cloth used for a particular purpose
She wiped the floor with a wet cloth.
