 there is no known cure for HIV and AIDS .Though there is no cure that will clear HIV from the body, there are treatments that can help keep people with HIV and AIDS healthy. Some help to keep the immune system intact by lowering the amount of HIV in the body. Others help to prevent certain infections that someone with AIDS is art risk for when his or her immune system becomes very weak.
