You are supposed to shake hands.

【要点点拨】

句中的be supposed 意思是“被期待、应该”，后面的动词要使用不定式。如：

He was supposed to finish his homework before supper, but he didn’t.

他应该在晚饭前完成作业，但他没做完。

They were supposed to be on time, but they weren’t.

他们应该准时的，但他们没有。

【小试身手】完成句子。

我应该是打扫所有的房间，还是只这一间？
