1. A cyclist is the only person you can rely on to get a package across a crowded city in a few minutes, instead of hours. That’s because a good bicycle messenger can move in and out of traffic easily, like a fish swimming down a river.

2. Well, I’ll do pretty much anything to save time. Sometimes I ride on the sidewalk or go the wrong direction on a one-way street. Some riders even remove their brakes（闸）completely, so the bike is lighter and faster. It means they have to drag their feet on the ground when they want to stop. I think that’s going too far.
